I'm writing on behalf of my mother, B. She was at Marianjoy and had the benefit of having Rachael as her primary nurse for several days during her stay. Rachael was so compassionate and kind to my mom, reassuring her through fears and concerns. She explained everything thoroughly, from medications my mom has been on for years to new-to-her mobility devices and equipment. When my mom needed extra care or just a listening ear, Rachael was there to provide it. Rachael was there the day my mom was discharged home, and she carefully and thoroughly went through all the discharge information and made sure my mom's questions and concerns were all addressed.   Thank you, Rachael!
