In an uncertain time in our lives, Rachel showed a real care and professionalism that we needed. We lost our son (25) 6 months ago, grandpa 3 months ago, and our family dog 2 weeks ago. For me now to be going into surgery was more than my wife should have had to endure. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure my every comfort and questions was tended to without being in a hurry. Not only for me but for my wife who was visibly shaken and worried. She showed the same exact tenderness and professionalism. Kaiser Permanente is lucky to have her.
