Rachael has made this adventure for me much more pleasant. She was always cheerful when greeting me in the morning. She is a very good listener and very caring. She expressed to me everything that was going on and made sure that I was okay with the care I was receiving. She made it a point to tell me if I didn't understand- to let her know and she could break it down further so I could understand. I had never been in a hospital for an extended time. All the nurses were great, but Rachael stood out because of her sweet spirit. She made being sick a lot easier to deal with. Thank you, Rachael.
