Rachael L Delph, RN

Rachael gave me inspiration. She brought tears of joy. She made every day this weekend that much easier to deal with. She is a great nurse and I know she has to love her job. She made my stay at this hospital so much easier. I thought about leaving AMA a handful of times and Rachael spent the time with me to listen to my frustrations. She empathized with me and helped me understand the importance of staying. I stayed because of Rachael.
