Rachael Morris, RN

Our RN, Rachael Morris, consistently guides all Nursing classifications' professional direction during the shift. She ensures that all expectations of the doctors, SLPs, RRTs, OT’s, PTs, and all clinical staff at UHN-West Park have the best possible assistance to complete the goals of their tasks. This organized kindness is also extended to her patients. She inquires about their goals, sets those goals up into manageable bites, and has realistic expectations. Thus, ensuring that her patients can observe their rehabilitation goals and make progress. Rachael’s nursing approach is an example of her experience, collaboration, knowledge, and dedication to her patients and her vocation.
