Rachael took exceptional care of this patient throughout his stay. She developed trusting relationships with the patient and family. She quickly responded to any requests. She was very attentive to all tasks and answered questions thoroughly. She maintained a positive attitude during her shifts and was just as responsive at the beginning and end of shifts.
