Rachael is a special nurse, very caring, professional in every way. She helped K see that the NG tube would make him more comfortable, (it did) he never complained. K would ask for crushed ice or water, he would tell me to ask Rachael to bring it, no one else's ice tastes like hers (now that is special). Rachael was very helpful with information about Hospice care and what to expect.
