This was a life-changing experience, and Rachael was able to make our experience that we will look back on for the rest of our lives so memorable and heartwarming.
I have always been told that I will remember the nurses’ names who help deliver my children, but the one who stands out to me most is Rachael. She could not have been more supportive throughout the 4 days we were in the hospital. My labor was not textbook, but Rachael was there the whole time reassuring me that everything will be okay and letting me know that I was doing great. I can't pinpoint one specific moment that she made such an impact on me throughout my whole visit, but I just felt relief when I knew she was working, that is kind of indescribable. I would have given up within the first day of breastfeeding if she was not there helping me every time I hit the buzzer, but with her guidance, I was able to surpass my goal. This was a life-changing experience, and she was able to make our experience that we will look back on for the rest of our lives so memorable and heartwarming. Through what felt like an hour of pushing, Rachael kept me updated along with cheering me on. I have bragged about my experience with not only the doctor but also with the labor and delivery staff to everyone. Some women I have spoken to have even switched to Holzer just for the experience that my family and I experienced while under the care of Rachael. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had Rachael and her coworkers take care of me and my little man.
