Rachel provided me with extraordinary care, in the most passionate, and humble way possible. I could tell the way she cares for her patients its more than just a job for her. She gives you a spirit that is so peaceful and warm. Every time she comes into the room, she lightens up my day with a smile no matter what time of the night she comes in. I have been in this hospital on many occasions and I have not run into a nurse like her. She is very good at making a stressed situation calm quickly. I promise you if every nurse was like her there would never be arguments between a patient and a nurse. It is all in how you talk to a human. She never leaves the room without asking if there is anything I need. She comes quickly each time I call her. If she is busy and will take a while, she lets me know and sends help on the way. She is truly everything a patient needs in a nurse.
