Rachael is always checking on me as soon as her shift starts. She always has a smile on her face and reminds me to stay positive even though I have been in tough situations. She reminds me over and over to stay positive that things will work themselves out. She also reminds me that I have people around me who care as well, not just staff but family and church friends who have visited me. I have shared pictures and stories with her and she always is interested and I never seem to be bothering her even though I know she is busy and has other patients to visit. Rachel goes above and beyond every time she is here. She even washed my clothes for me when we have someone that does that job here. Again, she didn’t act like I was bothering her when I asked, but instead gave a cheerful smile and said ‘sure.’ Her positive outlook and cheerful smile are a wonderful blessing to us.
