I had been waiting for an extra-long time in the ER because I left and didn't sign back in. When I finally got called to the medication room, Rachael was the only nurse to 5 patients nonetheless, her demeanor was awesome. She calmed me down, made me feel like she cared. She had a great touch.
I'm a hard stick and she got it in the 1st time. I greatly appreciate this. They made sure my pain was controlled and that I was fed and needed nothing. She turned a very unpleasant situation into a positive one. Instead of filling out complaint cards, I'm filling out a DAISY Award nomination!
