Rachel was my nurse for my stay at PRMC and she was the nicest and most understanding nurse to me. I came in because of withdrawal to methadone while I'm pregnant because of someone stealing my take home for that day. I tried to describe my symptoms to my doctor and he didn't understand methadone maintenance, so my nurse, Rachel, called the pharmacy to get a better understanding of what I was going through and then explained it to the doctor and he ended up calling down and getting my dose cleared for me. She was very understanding and talked me through a panic attack. I am very thankful to have had her as my nurse and think she should be recognized for her patience, dedication, kindness, and ability to understand situations outside of the normal.
