Rachel is a rock star! Very attentive, personal, and accommodating. She was responsive when needed, empathetic, and explained everything going on. My 12-day old hip replacement had popped out of the socket for the 4th time that weekend. She helped control pain. She kept things moving while waiting for the ER doctor. When they finally decided to admit me, she requested a room but said it could take some time. This was about 5 pm. I asked if I would be upstairs in time to order a dinner tray? She brought me and my wife a menu and said to order a tray for the ER and if I got a room before it arrived, she would have it rerouted. We ate in the ER. She then accompanied me upstairs to my room to make sure I got settled. Great patient advocate!
