I came in with a life-threatening condition. I was very scared and worried. Rachel became my nurse in the morning after I was admitted to stay in the hospital. She is the most caring person ever; she made me feel like I was family. She was always there when I needed her. She was so kind to my family that came in to visit me. I want more nurses like Rachel that have caring, loving, upbeat vibes. My family and I consider her as family. To Rachel, you have the best bedside manner ever! We love you!
