We were here in Portland visiting for work training when our little one got sick. The emergency department saw us twice and we were admitted on the second visit. Rachel was our night nurse two out of the four nights that M was here. Rachel went above and beyond to help us with him. It was obvious that she loved her job and that she genuinely cared about our baby, M. We are so grateful that she was able to be a part of M's recovery. We are a long way from home and all of our family, but she made us feel as if we were family here. Thank you, Rachel, for all that you did.
