I believe I only had Rachel for one day shift during my delivery but she made a huge impact on my delivery experience. She was very sweet and personable. She helped me get through my epidural by holding me, comforting me through the pain, and motivating me to be strong. They had to try different spots in my back, and I was very uncomfortable for a long time. Rachel held me and talked me through the whole process. I was terrified of this stage and was already in pain from contractions. Rachel was an angel to me in that moment and I can’t thank her enough. She’s also tough as crap for working as hard as she does while pregnant herself. She’s truly a superhuman!
