Rachel is an exemplary nurse. Not only does she spend time and energy giving excellent care to her patients, she also pays close attention to her fellow nurses and steps in to help them too. On one memorable occasion, Rachel was managing a very challenging patient care assignment and has a patient who was requiring a sitter at the bedside. The sitter was also a fellow nurse, and Rachel noticed that the nurse wasn't acting like herself. After quickly assessing the nurse, Rachel called a code 250 and got the nurse the help she needed. Thanks to Rachel's sharp eyes and quick intervention, the nurse was treated immediately and sent to the ICU.
