The patient's family states that Rachel is "exceptional and has such a calming presence that made us feel like everything was going to be OK". The patient's wife commented that "Rachel gave us the most heartfelt hugs after her shift and we want to adopt her".
Rachel is described by her peers as being very reliable and pleasant. They can see that Rachel's patients love her. Her managers commend her for promoting hospital initiatives and being so supportive of the organization and of her team members.
