Rachel Crawford 2025, RN
Rachel is the best nurse I’ve ever encountered. My 83-year-old father-in-law was brought in by ambulance a couple of hours before shift change. Rachel came in friendly, energetic, and with the best bedside manner I’ve ever seen. She did a wonderful job explaining what she was doing and why to my father-in-law, who was very confused.
The ER was extremely busy, but she didn’t rush her care while remaining fast and efficient. Right before she left, she walked by his room and came back in to adjust him. He had slid down in his bed a little, and his feet were hanging off. She told him that if she didn’t come back in to move him up, she would have thought about him all night. I believe her. What a kind, beautiful soul!
