I was having chest pain with a migraine and the buzzer kept going off every time I barely moved my arm. Rachel Edelman came as quickly as possible and turned it off and was very patient and did not make me feel like it was my fault. Also, I needed my daily medication and she went out of her way to get it to me in a timely manner; this was impressive based on how busy it was. Overall her compassion and kindness were really appreciated she went out of her way to put my nerves to rest. I hope I don't come back but if I do I hope I get Rachel!

Rachel made my stay a very comfortable stay. Went out of her way to make sure everything was addressed. She took time out of her busy day to answer all my questions and concerns thoroughly. You should be proud that she is a member of your nursing staff.

I think I was only there for 14 hours due to chest pressure that didn't go away for 3 hrs. I came to the Emergency Department and they had to do cardiac blood tests 3 times before I could rule out heart attack, so they brought me upstairs to spend the night. I think Rachel was the nurse for a lot of patients on the floor that night, but she was always patient and polite and answered any requests or questions I had. I just felt she did a really good job of providing good customer service. I kept asking when the next test results would come in, or when the doctor would come by to discharge me, and she never made me feel like an imposition. It turned out I only had gas pains. I have worked in customer service my whole life, and it's nice to see someone who exemplifies how people should be treated, with kindness and respect, and that's what she does. Thank you.

Rachel was extremely friendly and attentive and went out of her way to get what I needed and help me move around.
