Rachel Edmiston, RN

I had Rachel as my nurse for the first time today. What makes her very special is that she anticipates your needs ahead of time, so you do not even have to ask. Today I was excited to pay to get my hair shampooed (at the on-site salon) – only to find out the services were on hold due to COVID. Rachael washed my hair for no payment. She has a very sincere nature. I felt like a new person afterward. I could tell she wanted me to feel better. I also spoke with her nurse manager and he says the same – she wants her patients to feel better, and I did! Rachel has a high commitment to taking care of her patients.
