My Mother was hospitalized with kidney failure. The medication they were giving her caused chronic diarrhea. Rachel was so kind. At one point, the bed and the floor were a mess. My poor mom started to cry out of embarrassment. Rachel again was so kind. Rachel said, “It’s okay, please don’t cry. We’ll get you all cleaned up.” Rachel encouraged her to eat and brought pudding and Ensure. I am sure any patient that Rachel cares for feels very special. She went above and beyond, always with a smile!! Thank you, Rachel, for your sweet spirit and kindness toward my mom.
