Rachel Fratzke, RN

Rachel is a kind, caring, and compassionate Nurse Manager. She can often be seen in scrubs as she is always willing to work on the floor and to help her unit in any way possible. She often assists patients, acts as a unit clerk or charge nurse, and takes a patient assignment. Rachel acts as a role model for her colleagues, as she always presents a good attitude, even in the face of adversity. She is respectful of other colleagues and is empathetic towards her staff. Rachel's easy smile and quirky sense of humor help to keep even the surliest patient and most weathered of nurses.
