Rachel Fuentes, BSN, RN

Rachel is always a patient advocate, even when it's not her patient. Twice, I have witnessed Rachel notice that a patient wasn't doing well, and she would take the time to look into the patient's diagnostics and trends. She would come alongside other nurses to collaborate on care and even call the Physician involved. Twice, I have seen care get escalated to address possible problems before they worsen. She uses her gut intuition and follows through on it. I admire her and am proud to work with her.
