Rachel exemplifies commitment to coworkers and compassion and shows empathy and patience to new learning team members. She helped me transition smoothly from acute care to the call center. Some days, when I felt lost and doubted myself, she encouraged me and believed in me. She was honest in telling me what I could improve on but in a respectful way.
