I called the practice site and stated that I needed a new course of action since I was encouraged but not improving. Rachel totally took control of the situation. She made me feel like I was the only person in her world. The attention I received from Rachel was customized for me and for my personality. I ALWAYS received callbacks from Rachel and was always reassured when I heard her voice. Her tone was of genuine concern, and I felt catered to by someone who obviously cared and was trying to make a difference and not just make it to the end of her shift. Rachel stood out and made a difference.
