I recently had the pleasure of working alongside Rachel in caring for one of our mutual research patients. She impressed me with her clinical knowledge, bedside presence, and noticeable reassuring connection with our new patient.
Shortly after starting treatment, the patient developed some side effects and contacted her for advice. She quickly notified the research team so that we were able to work together and seamlessly address the patient's needs while ensuring everything followed the clinical trial protocol.
