Rachel was the nurse in my 5 year old's surgery. She was warm and friendly. I had expected my daughter to be crying when they took her back to the OR because she was nervous to leave us. Instead, she walked down the hall holding Rachel's hand just like she was going to a party. There's nothing better than knowing your child is in good hands with people who are good at their jobs.
