First, let me say that during my stay, it was hard not to like any of the people at this hospital. They are all special people who are heroes!! Some take it to the next level that was the case with Ms. Gibson. I spent most of the day in the cath OR. Upon my return, for some reason still not determined, my pain meds were reduced when, in fact, I was in more pain. Ms. Gibson made it her mission to try to resolve the issue, even calling the replacement Dr. on call, who made changes without even meeting me. Ms. Gibson requested that she (Dr. on call) consider putting things back as they were. It took some time, and I did miss some meds for whatever reason, but in the end, things were back on track thanks to Ms. Gibson's help. Also needs to be noted that the next nurse on duty worked together with Ms. Gibson to ensure things were OK! Thanks to both nurses that night, especially Ms. Gibson.
