My husband and I first met Rachel Greiner when we were expecting our first baby boy. Unfortunately, we had complications, and I had to deliver my baby, knowing he wouldn’t make it. When Rachel came in, we instantly felt comfort. She knew the right words to say and answered every question we had. She took her time to ensure I had everything I needed to be comfortable in such a difficult situation. In between all the heartbreak, she reminded me how strong I was and gave me a safe space to express what I was feeling. Two years later, my husband and I were expecting our rainbow baby, another boy. We had so much anxiety due to our last experience and had to be admitted to the hospital once again for complications. We had Rachel again as our nurse. Our rainbow baby was born, and I was so happy that Rachel was part of this journey with us. She is an angel on earth. I will never forget how she cared for me and my beautiful baby boy the first time, how she talked to him like any other baby, and now meeting my second baby and seeing how happy she was for us. It was truly a full-circle moment, and I am forever grateful.
