Rachel was very emotionally supportive and caring. She validated all of my concerns and feelings. She treated my son with so much compassion and genuine interest. I did not expect to stay in the hospital so I had no clothes with me. On day 3 of my stay, she showed up with a bag full of clean clothes that she gifted me so that I could change. That kind act shifted my mindset and gave me the strength to continue to advocate and support my son. I will never forget her.

Rachel is a young new nurse who is willing to help others without being asked. I was charge one weekend and had a full assignment including a child with TPN. She noticed that I was busy and running behind on my tasks which included making shift assignments for the next shift. This young lady proceeded to check my TPN and actually start it. It was such a relief to know that one big task was done. I appreciate her and I'm honored to have her on our team. She is a selfless team member!
