Rachel made my sister's days here in the hospital just special. She was always there for her (and me). My sister has cancer and was not feeling good. Rachel answered all questions, took time, never rushed anything. My sister is afraid of needles and Rachel was patient and understanding. My sister is a smoker (just a few a day). Rachel didn't judge her or give her a bad feeling about it. She just ordered a smoking patch. She made a huge difference in my sister's time at the hospital. Thank you, Rachel!
