Rachel is nothing short of a rock star. She is a superb case manager. She is an exceedingly skilled IV nurse. She is kind, compassionate and so completely reliable that I wish we could clone her. Since I have been working with her in September, she has consistently met or exceeded every possible expectation as a true professional and competent RN. She has accepted every added patient that I have ever called her about. I can't speak highly enough about Rachel!
