Rachel was nominated by her patient who wrote:
This experience was my first ever surgery and I wasn’t sure what to expect with regard to the nursing care. I can honestly say I was very pleased with Rachel’s knowledge, her attitude, and most of all – her compassion. I could not have asked for a better set of nurses that day, but in my opinion Rachel stood out beyond all of them.
Rachel was confident and chipper, which brought my mood up drastically. She quickly answered technical questions for both my family and for me. She made my family and me feel welcome and she provided excellent nursing skills – especially in starting my IV. I didn’t feel a thing and she made me feel very comfortable!
From my experience that day I could tell that Rachel cares about her patients and wants them to have the best experience possible while in her care. Thank you Rachel!
