This trust creates an excellent bedside manner which causes the patient to relax because it reduces stress. This is what all sick patients need, kindness and compassion!
She answers patients' questions in such a way they completely understand and instantly know she is a subject matter expert in her field. She goes the extra mile and that could be the difference between life or death!
