During my stay at Aurora Sinai, my RN Rachel was incredible. I have worked in the medical field and I have never encountered a more caring, personable and compassionate nurse. She was helpful before I even asked, attentive to my needs, and she genuinely showed interest in me as a patient. All nurses should follow her lead and take notes because all patients deserve to feel like they matter. Being post-op, she was very sensitive and Rachel was dedicated to finding out what she could do to ensure my pain was under control. She made me a priority. Rachel displays all characteristics that a compassionate RN should have. Thank you Rachel!!
