I am thankful that you care so much about your job and patients that you paid more attention than you probably should have and noticed my baby's health plummeting. I am thankful for your skill and training. You were the only one to get a life-saving IV in me when my body was in shock and convulsing, resulting in at least one saved life. I am thankful for the calm you exhibited when I was in the darkest place in the brightest room. I hope you know that I am truly thankful to you.
