My husband and I came into the emergency room because his right leg was infected. We first came in on a Friday, and she was super informative and took such great care of us. She told us to come back if it gets worse. Well, we came back Saturday, because it got worse. Rachel was here and again, took such great care of us. Reassuring us that he was doing great even though he was hurting. She came and checked on him repeatedly. She is such an amazing person. Very caring. She would explain everything in detail before she did anything. Had she not insisted that we come back, it would have been so much worse. She even came and checked on him after we were moved. It is really wonderful to know that you are in great hands and cared for. She is 100% the best Nurse Practitioner EVER!
