Rachel L Cress, RN

Rachel has called me often to schedule an OR for me. She is always compassionate, caring, and sensitive on the phone. I feel she truly listens. When I am in the OR, she always smiles and cares for me in an outstanding way. I feel like she goes above and beyond when it comes to my special needs related to blood factor.

One of the remarkable things to me is that she always cares. For example, once when I was in the waiting area for one of the specialty clinics, Rachel happened to pass through, stopped, and asked how I was doing after my last procedure. Then she reminded me that I could request another if I needed it.
