While our daughter was on a breathing tube, Rachel was magnificent. She was hands down the best nurse we could have had.She let us help more and change our daughter and was very sympathetic when things didn't go as planned. She was very patient with us and dealing with our daughter squirming and being rambunctious.Rachel made the stay in PICU as easy as possible. Thank you!
