Rachel truly makes a difference each and every shift. A patient spoke of how Rachel sang Christmas carols with her and recited scripture passages. The patient was going through an extremely difficult time and expressed how Rachel’s kindness had meant so much to her. Rachel was not assigned to this patient but as described in the situation, you can see that Rachel sees all patients as her patients!
