My mother was suffering from multiple organ failure and was cared for by Rachel in room 2809. My mother's organ failure was fatal, which was evident while she was under Rachel's care. Rachel was loving and caring to my mother and to the visiting family. We could not have hoped for better, more compassionate, more caring attention.

The nursing care was wonderful, but the emotional care was even better. All knew that my mother was likely dying, but Rachel treated her so well and talked to her every time she was in the room. Her treatment of my mother helped my mother, her family, and her loved ones. I was amazed at how loving and caring she was towards my mother. She was a wonderful example of the nursing profession.
