Rachel is very courteous and met any of my needs without being asked. She paid attention to the little details that would make me comfortable. She provided exceptional and compassionate care that had a lasting impact on me. From the minute she walked into the room, she treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine concern for my well-being. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly, and ensured I was comfortable physically and emotionally. What stood out the most was her contagious positivity and her willingness to truly get to know me. She was always smiling and made me feel more like a friend than a patient. She made me feel valued not just as a patient but as a person.

One monument of extreme kindness was her helping my husband, who was caring for our six-week-old baby at home. She obtained personal items for me from the lobby so my husband did not have to take the baby out of the car and bring him into the hospital. Small meaningful gestures that make a difference.
