Rachel treated me like I meant something, not just another patient. I loved her bubbly personality. She answered all my questions and explained things to me. That is super helpful. She kept a smile on her face every time she came into my room. She kept positive all day. She was very helpful; she went above and beyond for me as a patient. Her coming into my room with a smile on her face meant a lot to me. We were able to laugh and joke. It was a reassuring thing that I needed. I don't ever want to feel like just another patient. She made my stay here comfortable. I could say many good things about her, but the one main thing is that she took pride in her job, and she treats patients with respect. She is an all-around damn good nurse!
