Rachel really stepped up a few weeks ago when there was a highly complex surgical case one evening. Rachel recognized there was an issue in the operating room and promptly recruited other staff and surgeons to help. She was clear and quick to act. She grabbed me from another room, and I was able to come and assist in the situation. Rachel routinely exhibits this kind of good judgment and is always appropriately looking out for our patient's best interests.
