Rachel always goes above and beyond to care for her patients and members of the community. One day, Rachel knew the treatment plan for a patient would be better if a different dressing was used. She took the time on her day off, to retrieve a better dressing for a patient and then to bring it to the patient herself. These are the kinds of things Rachel does. She looks at each patient as a person worthy of her best and each situation as an opportunity to do better.
