Rachel was so thorough and made us feel that we were in good hands.
We were only in the hospital from Tuesday morning until today, Thursday afternoon. That was a short stay, but we have to let you know what an excellent nursing staff you have at your hospital.

Rachel was so thorough and made us feel that we were in good hands. She was caring and spent time getting to know us as people and not just patient and wife. S is always cold at home because he has lost a lot of weight recently and she piled the blankets on him. He loved that. Even though her shift is long hours, she always had a smile on her face and was always willing to answer our questions. When I was concerned about my husband's confusion, she assured me that she would keep a close eye on him when I needed to leave the hospital. She even shared my concerns with his doctor who checked on him too. Her two longs days were almost over, but she was still showing her concern for her patient.

I am sure that the nurses on the night shift were just as good as the day shift. I needed to come home and rest some myself and I felt good about leaving S there in the hospital. The second night when I expressed my concern about his confusion, according to him, "someone was coming in the room to check on him every time that I tried to get up." Thank you, nurses and assistants, for that! Please know that we will sing High Point Medical Center praises to all of our family and friends.
