We have been to the department a few times over the past few months and Rachel has been the one to treat me with kindness. She was welcoming and sweet and didn’t treat me horribly just because I’ve been in more than a few times. She made sure I was calm throughout my visits. I asked her to be a part of my procedure because she could help distract me from all the anxiety-inducing things around me like a person, not just a patient. She made my experience fantastic. She talked to me and laughed with me. She even checked in to make sure I was okay throughout my stay. Thank you for being a part of one of the best and scariest moments of my life. She is definitely one in a million! She goes above and beyond. I will always ask for her and cherish how kind she was.
