Rachel did an outstanding job explicitly explaining the process in a gentle, nurturing way. She had an excellent rapport with my son as we were all a little anxious about the surgery process. She was very accommodating and extremely pleasant to work with. It's always nice when a nurse has the skills and bedside manner to make everyone comfortable in the care they are receiving. Rachel is an amazing nurse.
