Our dad was admitted to the Neuro ICU and Rachel spent time explaining each machine, tube, etc. so we would understand what was being done at all times. Our family was very impressed with not just the explanations but the way she made us feel that she was happy to be here and happy to help us. We know we asked a lot of questions and she showed a great amount of patience, compassion and empathy. What a wonderful nurse! I was so impressed. Rachel is a valuable asset and she took excellent care of our dad. ‘Thank you’ does not seem like enough to say.
